A large national credit union is seeking a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Technology Solutions to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and executing enterprise technology strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, member experience enhancement, and long-term innovation. The SVP will oversee enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure, solution delivery, and modernization efforts while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology investments.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading large-scale technology organizations within financial services or similarly regulated industries, with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and executive technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational goals, operational priorities, and member experience objectives
- Define target-state technology architectures, modernization roadmaps, and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across enterprise technology functions and solution delivery organizations
Technology Solutions & Digital Transformation
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise technology solutions supporting business operations and member-facing capabilities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on:
- Platform modernization
- Operational efficiency

- Enterprise scalability
- Member engagement
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and modern delivery models to create competitive advantage
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into enterprise technology solutions

Technology Governance, Security & Compliance

- Develop and oversee enterprise technology budgets, investment planning, and resource allocation strategies
- Drive financial discipline and operational efficiency across technology organizations and programs
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technology teams across enterprise architecture, infrastructure, engineering, and delivery organizations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within financial services or related industries
- Proven track record successfully leading large-scale technology transformations and enterprise implementations
