Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to support a core banking platform consolidation and rationalization initiative for a domestic full-service commercial bank. This strategic role is instrumental in shaping the current and future state architecture, driving efficiency, and supporting the bank’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to document the current state architecture by the end of Q2 2025.
• Assist in drafting the future state architecture by the end of Q3 2025, aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Engage with divisional IT departments and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Identify costs, dependencies, and potential risks associated with the transition process.
• Provide expertise on the Finacle (Infosys) core banking system to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the banking or financial services industry.
• Senior-level expertise in core banking system consolidation and rationalization projects.
• Proficiency in English, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Finacle (Infosys) core banking platform.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex architecture projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cost and dependency analysis in technology transitions.
