The ideal candidate will have an exceptional track record of building strong business partnerships, demonstrated success in critical thinking and problem solving, experience with complex analysis, and ability to balance critical priorities across a wide range of operational responsibilities. The candidate should have experience in developing executive-ready presentations and telling a compelling story through data.
Typical Responsibilities:
Oversee enterprise tech backlog intake and distribution processes for Bank Tech engineering organization. Own overall program oversight for Tech Transformation and Enterprise Tech backlog including executive reporting, escalations and operating rhythms. Build and maintain effective, scalable processes that streamline technical operational routines without adding unnecessary friction. Align technical routines with overarching strategy to ensure every meeting and process is driving toward core goals. Provide strategic support for critical operational shifts, ensuring the organization remains resilient and aligned during transitions. Act as a primary advisor to senior tech leaders, providing initial framing for high-stakes proposals and translating vision into actionable plans. Work hand-in-hand with Product partners to develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and objectives. Help Tech leadership connect technology solutions and priorities directly to those business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
At least 7 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategy development
5+ years of experience in technical business operations
6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams
