A large Midwest regional bank is seeking a Technology Relationship Manager, Co-Brand to own and execute the day to day technology relationship with a major co-brand partner.

This role ensures partner technology solutions are stable, compliant, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. The Technology Relationship Manager serves as both a technology relationship lead and operational quarterback, bridging internal technology, product, compliance, and delivery teams. The position emphasizes governance, execution excellence, proactive communication, and the creation of repeatable processes.
Partner Technology Relationship:
- Serve as the day to day technology relationship owner for the co-brand partner.
- Act as the primary technology point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead technology review meetings with the partner.
- Function as a subject matter expert for partner solutions, communicating capabilities, constraints, and dependencies to teams at a large Midwest regional bank.
Governance, Compliance and Risk Management:
- Own, update and manage the technical standard operating procedures with the co-brand partner.
- Own and coordinate partner technology compliance reviews, including CAT submissions and follow ups.
- Gather, track, and maintain PRISM documentation and audit evidence.
- Coordinate CAT approval processes for integrated technology.
- Manage partner specific technology controls and remediation actions.
- Ensure timely completion of attestations, reviews, and risk related action items.
- Partner with teams as necessary to ensure delivery of contractual SLAs.
Solution and Technology Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain Partner Technology Roadmaps.
- Follow up on and resolve out of bounds technology questions and requests.
- Lead requirements discovery and quarterback new solution intake, documentation, and approvals.
- Manage and prioritize the partner technology backlog.
- Identify trends, risks, and scalability opportunities across partner implementations.
API, Platform and Certificate Management:
- Coordinate API version management and lifecycle planning with the partner and internal platform teams.
- Act as the point of contact for certificates, secrets, and keys, including renewals and partner communications.
- Monitor and report on API usage, performance, and stability.
- Translate platform and API updates into business friendly communications for partners.
- Ensure partner alignment with platform standards and lifecycle expectations.
Delivery, Support and Issue Management:
