We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to play a critical role in a major Hogan Core Banking data conversioninitiative supporting a strategic Merger & Acquisition (M&A) program. This role is essential in ensuring the successful migration of high-volume, complex customer, deposit, and loan data from the legacy Hogan platform. You’ll lead test planning, execution, and defect resolution in a cross-functional team environment, partnering closely with conversion specialists, business analysts, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and defect triage for data conversion workstreams.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to design test scenarios for Hogan-originating data sets.
- Build and maintain conversion-specific test cases to ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation efforts across key banking functions.
- Track and report test progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
- Drive issue resolution by collaborating with internal teams and external vendor partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Seniority Level: Senior
- 8+ years of experience in test leadership or quality assurance roles within core banking environments.
- Deep understanding of Hogan Core Banking systems, including deposits, loans, and customer data modules.
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, test case development, and reconciliation processes in banking M&A settings.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks or equivalent institutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in large-scale data conversion or core replacement projects.
- Familiarity with automated test tools and data validation frameworks.
- Exposure to Hogan Conversion Utilities (HCU) or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile project delivery experience is an asset.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – Hybrid (On-site 2–3 days/week in Columbus, Ohio)

Contract Details:

- Compensation: $75–$85/hr
