A tier-one global bank is seeking a Vice President, Strategy Program Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and enterprise program execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead and execute enterprise-wide strategic programs and transformation initiatives across the organization
- Translate strategic priorities and executive vision into actionable plans, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Drive execution of complex initiatives from planning through implementation and operationalization
Program Management & Execution
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including:
- Scope definition
- Timeline and milestone management
- Resource coordination
- Risk and dependency management
- Governance and reporting structures
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and executed with operational discipline
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives within dynamic and fast-paced enterprise environments
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams, operations organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery success
- Facilitate strategic working sessions, governance meetings, and executive discussions
- Influence decision-making and build consensus across matrixed organizational structures
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
- Conduct strategic analysis to support enterprise decision-making and organizational priorities
- Identify risks, operational challenges, and dependencies while developing mitigation and escalation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance execution efficiency and program delivery effectiveness
Executive Communication & Governance
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting for senior leadership and governance forums
- Communicate program progress, risks, strategic recommendations, and delivery outcomes clearly and effectively
- Support enterprise governance processes and strategic planning activities through concise, data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in:
- Strategy development
- Enterprise program management
- Strategic initiative execution within financial services environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Experience operating effectively within fast-paced and dynamic enterprise organizations
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within banking or broader financial services organizations
- Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale strategic transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and operational excellence practices
- Proficiency with program management methodologies, governance tools, and reporting platforms
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise transformation offices
- Strong understanding of organizational change management and strategic execution disciplines
