We’re proud to welcome Gerry Scales to Core System Partners as a Senior Advisor, bringing with him a wealth of insight from decades of leadership in financial services operations, trust products and client service delivery.
Gerry spent over 15 years at JPMorgan Chase, where he held leadership roles across private banking and global investor services. His ability to restructure service models, lead major system conversions, and revitalize underperforming client relationships earned him a reputation for operational excellence and people-centered management. He later joined Citi Private Bank, where he led the Custody and Escrow business, drove new product development and helped steer complex reorganizations within the Wealth Management division.
Most recently, Gerry served as Head of Service Delivery and Chief Administrative Officer at Investors Economic Assurance, a boutique financial technology firm serving the private equity sector. There, he built out customer service and talent models from the ground up and helped position the firm for its successful acquisition by Alter Domus.
At Core System Partners, Gerry supports banks and wealth platforms navigating vendor strategy, trust product optimization and service transformation initiatives. His deep well of experience makes him a steady presence in projects that demand both strategic clarity and operational discipline.
Gerry holds a degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He’s also active in several nonprofit and community organizations, always focused on leadership, mentorship and impact.
