We are seeking two highly experienced Senior IT Project Managers to support a regional bank in Texas with the migration and lifecycle management of its Hogan Core Banking System. These critical roles require expertise in managing full project lifecycles and driving successful outcomes in hybrid work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the migration of the Hogan Core Banking System, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) to track progress and resolve challenges.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to communicate project updates and align on strategic goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hogan Core Banking Systems.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in engaging C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in English for effective team collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP certification (nice to have).
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to ramp up quickly in dynamic environments.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
