Business Analyst (BA) – FIS Systematics

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with extensive experience in FIS Systematics for a 6-month fully remote contract. This role focuses on system integration and deposits management for a regional or financial services client. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document system requirements to support FIS Systematics integration and deposits management.
• Ensure solutions maintain data integrity, adhere to regulatory compliance, and align with business needs.
• Lead business and technical-focused meetings to capture requirements and communicate project updates.
• Develop advanced presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deploy and optimize system functionality while minimizing customization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with FIS Systematics, with a focus on deposits management.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and business systems analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of working as part of a remote team, including remote deployments.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel Pivot Tables, and experience with Visio.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience in leading business meetings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
