We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Temenos and Retail Banking to support a core banking transformation project for a leading retail bank. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business needs into clear requirements, ensuring the successful alignment of core banking processes with the strategic objectives of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current-state core banking systems and map business needs to Temenos solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs to validate process designs and system capabilities.
- Support testing and quality assurance processes, including UAT planning and defect resolution.
- Contribute to migration planning and go-live support efforts during core system transitions.
Required Qualifications:
- Seniority Level: Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in core banking transformation.
- Bank Type: Experience in retail banking environments is essential.
- Languages: Strong English communication skills required (spoken and written).
- Deep functional knowledge of Temenos or similar core banking platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience on core banking transformation programs, ideally involving Temenos Transact.
- Expertise in areas such as customer onboarding, account servicing, or product configuration in retail banking.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern documentation tools.
- Ability to thrive in long-duration engagements with evolving priorities.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Occasional on-site presence required based on project phase and location needs.
Location: U.S. Based – Remote-first with travel as required to client location.
