Business Analyst – Core Banking (Temenos Private Banking Focus)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in core banking, particularly in Temenos T24 for Private Banking. This role plays a critical part in supporting the implementation of strategic banking solutions for a Tier 1 global private bank. The selected candidate will engage closely with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements, driving the successful execution of a major core banking transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements related to core banking transformation with a focus on Temenos Private Banking modules.
• Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to validate and refine functional specifications.
• Map business processes and data flows to identify improvements or gaps related to core system behavior.
• Support end-to-end project delivery including UAT coordination, impact analysis, and migration planning.
• Translate complex regulatory or compliance-related banking needs into actionable technical documentation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment between business needs and technology execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Senior-level Business Analyst with a proven track record in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of Temenos (T24/Transact) Core Banking architecture, particularly in private banking product areas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Experience working in or with Tier 1 Global Private Banks.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-complexity, multinational banking environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with integration and migration workstreams within core banking transformations.
• Agile project experience and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and cross-border financial services.
• Ability to work autonomously in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid – Remote with periodic onsite engagement based on project milestones and stakeholder workshops.

Location:

Client site in Geneva, Switzerland.

Contract Details:

• Contract Duration: 6+ months (with high extension likelihood)
• Start Date: July 7, 2025
