We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Core Banking transformation initiative for a leading Private Bank. This role is critical to ensuring successful alignment between business needs and system capabilities, specifically around customer, account, and portfolio management. You will help shape how the organization modernizes its operations, improves data flow, and enables digital readiness through comprehensive requirements gathering and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements related to core banking modules such as customer, account, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Drive gap analysis and functional mapping between legacy systems and new core banking solutions.
- Ensure traceability of business requirements through to technical specifications and final delivery.
- Support testing phases by developing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the implementation team to facilitate effective communication and solution delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within Private Banking or Wealth Management institutions.
- Proven experience with core banking transformation projects, ideally involving Temenos or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working in multinational banking environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data mapping, systems integration, and technical interface design.
- Exposure to regulatory requirements and compliance workflows in banking.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Long-term contract experience preferred, indicating adaptability and delivery stability over time.
