Featured in American Banker and ICBA’s Independent Banker, Richard Rotondo is a recognized thought leader in digital banking transformation. He specializes in aligning technology, strategy and customer experience (CX) to deliver practical, end-to-end innovation solutions that help financial institutions make the leap to digital.

With over 20 years of leadership across traditional and digital banking, Richard has held senior roles in business development, operations, risk management and security—including tenures at Equifax, ChoicePoint and multiple startups in risk consulting. As Chief Digital Strategist and Principal Consultant at Digital Vision Banking, he has published extensively on digital transformation, distilling real-world experience into actionable insights for banks and credit unions.

One of Richard’s most notable achievements is the full-scale launch of Monesty, a digital bank division he led from the ground up as VP–Digital Banking Manager. From concept through build-out, vendor selection, implementation and day-to-day operations, Richard designed and delivered a differentiated CX that brought in over $20 million in deposits in the first year alone.

Today, he advises financial institutions on digital bank strategy, new brand launches and transformation execution—bringing a hands-on, no-nonsense approach to every engagement. He is an active member of the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), FinTech Atlanta, the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA), Community Bankers Association (CBA) and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).
