We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a Loan Consolidation Project at a leading Commercial Bank. This role is critical to the success of a system migration involving the integration of three separate loan systems into ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System). You will lead business analysis activities, ensure accurate data and product mapping, and support documentation of workflows and procedures. This role reports directly to the Head of Loan Operations and involves oversight of three additional business analysts .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for the consolidation of multiple loan systems into ACBS.
- Conduct detailed data and product mapping activities to ensure consistency and integrity during migration.
- Develop comprehensive procedure documentation and workflow mapping.
- Manage and coordinate the work of three business analysts assigned to the project.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure readiness for implementation.
- Provide subject matter expertise in commercial lending processes and core banking systems.
- Deliver reports, documentation, and recommendations to the Head of Loan Ops and project stakeholders .
Required Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in commercial banking or lending environments.
- Strong understanding of loan servicing platforms, with direct experience on ACBS strongly preferred.
- Expertise in data mapping, system migration, and procedural documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities, including prior experience managing or mentoring analysts.
- Demonstrated success in hybrid project environments and cross-functional collaboration .
Preferred Skills:
- Deep experience with commercial lending lifecycle and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with multiple core systems used in commercial banking.
- Flexible, proactive mindset and experience working in project-based consulting environments.
- Comfortable adapting to hybrid work expectations (onsite presence may increase near go-live) .
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (may shift closer to implementation phase)
