Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project facets within the Core Banking Transformation initiative.
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and report on project progress to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Direct the operational aspects of the Core Banking Transformation, ensuring processes are optimized and aligned with the new Core Banking System.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure that banking processes and workflows are effectively transformed and documented.
  • Manage operational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to bank services during the transformation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading Core Banking Transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

.Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of the Fiserv DNA Core Banking System is a nice-to-have.

Experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly with community banks.
