Over the past two decades, Colin has helped deliver more than 15 major core banking transformations for financial institutions spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. From multimillion-euro portfolios to regulatory program turnarounds, Colin is the person clients call when stakes are high and delivery can’t slip.
Known for blending rigor with adaptability, Colin brings both project discipline (PMP, PRINCE2) and the practical wisdom that only comes from experience. Whether standing up new governance models, resetting troubled programs or guiding operating model redesigns, he delivers structure, not shortcuts.
At Core System Partners, Colin supports clients navigating large-scale transformation while juggling compliance, stakeholder complexity, and commercial demands. His focus areas include commercial banking transformation, regulatory program oversight and delivery assurance across global institutions.
When he’s not helping teams move from red to green, Colin splits his time between the UK and South Africa, often outdoors, sometimes reading military history and occasionally troubleshooting his own landing gear on a remote airstrip.
